TRAINING COURSE
“ENGLISH+TEAMBUILDING”
This course is designed for groups of pre-intermediate to upper-intermediate English language learners 6-20 people each.
Course objectives:
-enhancing the level of English;
-relationship building, developing interpersonal communication skills and building a team;
-cross-cultural communication, raising awareness of one’s own national culture and cultural liaisons.
Key features:
· establishing English speaking environment;

· creating friendly social micro-environment, real or unreal (e.g. journey back into the past or forth into the future, immersion);

· splitting group into teams;

· following a certain theme: social, historical, linguistic, psychological;

· involving a wide variety of activities aimed at effective self-realization of every individual: discussions, arguments, brainstorming, competitions, mind games, board games, active games, drawing, singing, dancing;

· efficient use of video and audio facilities and internet resources.

Results on completing the course:
· the participants upgrade and polish language and communication skills;
· overcome language barrier;
· realize themselves in a group,
· learn the synergy principal of a team;
· acquire profound knowledge about a variety of cultures around the globe and behavioral trends as well as awareness of their own national uniqueness;
· learn communication techniques of negotiation, presentation and conducting an argument;
· acquire personal insight into one’s working and communication style raising self-respect and self-confidence.
· We achieve that by using: interactive games with role cards, scenarios for role plays and business games, Power Point presentations, handicraft, video and audio facilities, Adobe Reader docs, wall posters, tables and graphs, Internet resources, scientific and popular magazines, English course books.
